Yesterday we had the pleasure of announcing that First Merchants Bank will be occupying the entire second floor of the new Skyline Tower with their regional headquarters. Scheduled to open this summer, along with Ruth’s Chris Steak House and 124 new apartments upstairs, this exciting development is just another addition to the downtown momentum in the heart of our city.
