The Ash Skyline Plaza project, situated in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana, began with the demolition of nearly an entire city block, at Wayne and Harrison Street. The first phase of the project included a 468,000sf, 1,077 space, city-owned parking garage. With more activity in the downtown area than ever before, the extra parking was sorely needed.

After the parking garage was finished up, the Ash Brokerage Headquarters was constructed on top of the 4 stories of vehicles, as well as multiple retail storefronts, a YMCA and a Bike Hub on the ground floor facing the street.

Eventually after the construction of the Parking Garage and all that it encompassed, Ash Skyline Plaza was completed with the addition of Skyline Tower on the southwest corner of the block.
