MetalX is a privately held, independent scrap metal recycling company located in Waterloo, IN. This project consisted of two buildings totaling 55,000sf and was completed in only 15 weeks.

The 70-acre campus consists of their corporate headquarters, an outside operations office and retail space. It is a full-service facility, capable of receiving, processing and handling high volumes of scrap.
