A new home for Byron Wellness Community is well on it’s way! The Randallia corridor off of Lake and Beacon streets is where it will be located. The new facility will include 5 neighborhoods with a mix of assisted and unassisted living, green spaces, and community spaces, with a vast upgrade to the quality of life for the residents. Congratulations everyone!

Last month, our friends at Mercer Health in Coldwater, Ohio officially opened their long awaited West Wing Expansion. The three story addition added 60,000+ square feet to the current 120,000 square feet focusing on enhanced outpatient services, inpatient services and surgical services. Congratulations to all involved! ?

The rain won’t stop us from getting a little dirty! ?️? This morning we had the pleasure of breaking ground at Van Wert Health on their two story, 84,000sf Inpatient and Surgery Expansion on the hospital’s main campus. This much needed expansion will also include accommodations for the most up to date technology, a new parking lot and lobby.
It was a beautiful day for a dedication at Van Wert Health North! We cut the ribbon today at their new 19,000 square foot outpatient facility which includes an open MRI, CT scan, x-ray and a walk in clinic among other convenient accommodations. We wish them well as they start taking patients at the end of this month. ?

Amazing progress being made at the new Parkview Cancer Institute! We are proud to be so heavily involved in this incredible facility’s construction.
Mercer Health celebrated a construction milestone with a steel topping out ceremony for their 67,000sf addition. Construction is expected to be completed in the summer of 2018.
A ribbon cutting ceremony ushered in the arrival of Fort Wayne’s newest ER location, Lutheran ER Statewood. The new free-standing ER facility is located at the northwest corner of Coliseum and State Boulevards in Statewood Plaza in Fort Wayne, IN.
Parkview Health has invested in a new state-of-the-art, patient-centered physician-led cancer facility located on their Parkview Regional Medical Center (PRMC) campus. On October 5, 2016, Parkview Health and community leaders celebrated the placement of the final steel beam. The 181,000sf facility is expected to be completed in early spring 2018.
