For years, Bridge of Grace ministries has poured time, passion, and resources into underserved individuals, homes, and communities in Fort Wayne, IN. Located in the Southeast region, the most underserved area of the city, the team at Bridge of Grace saw an opportunity to bring much needed assistance programming, education, and healthcare solutions to the locale with the addition of a new facility. Built by Weigand Construction with architecture by Design Collaborative, the structure delivers on serving a range of functions based on the needs within the community.
