Skyline Tower project

Skyline Tower

The Skyline Tower project is the final piece of an overall downtown development initiative featuring the Ash Skyline Plaza as well as the Skyline Garage. The 12-story mixed-use development, completed by Weigand Construction, consists of high-end residential units, as well as retail and office space totaling 170,000sf. Retail, featuring a Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, is located on the first floor, while office space occupies the second floor, and floors 3-12 accommodate apartment units.

Skyline Tower Apartments boasts 123 unique floor plan units covering over 125,000 square feet.

First Merchants Bank Regional Headquarters houses the entire second floor using 17,752 square feet of space.

Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse covers the majority of the first floor at 13,736 square feet and has a private entrance from the parking garage.

The Ash Skyline Parking Garage as well as the green space on the 5th floor connect Skyline Tower to the Ash Skyline Plaza.

Between the 3 major projects and working with the City of Fort Wayne, Weigand breathed new life into an entire city block in the downtown area, just steps away from Parkview Field.
