Jessica began working for Weigand Construction after earning her BS in Accounting and Finance at Indiana Wesleyan University. She held several positions of increasing responsibility within the accounting department while pursuing her MBA. As Controller, Jessica is a leader in the development of strategic planning initiatives while overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department to ensure timely, accurate financial reporting. She is involved in implementing internal controls and managing subcontractor compliance to mitigate fraud and manage risks.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys traveling, running and spending time with her husband and two daughters. She is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction, member of Aniridia Foundation International, has served on the board of the YMCA Camp Potawotami, and volunteers for the Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana.
