Jeremy worked as a field laborer and carpenter in Fort Wayne and a Project Manager in Chicago before joining Weigand in 2004 as a Project Manager. He progressed to Manager of the Higher Education Division in 2006, Vice President of Operations in 2009, and President in 2012. In that time, he has been involved with all higher education projects including Indiana Wesleyan University, Grace College, Notre Dame, Indiana Tech, Ball State, and Purdue Fort Wayne; primary and secondary education projects at Canterbury Schools and Adams Central High School; and projects at Logansport Hospital and Zimmer. A Purdue University graduate with a BS in Building Construction Management, Jeremy is ASHE and OSHA 10-hour certified and a member of Renaissance Executive Forums.

Outside the office

After hours, Jeremy dedicates his time to improving the lives of orphans and children in need through his work as a field missionary for Loving Shepherd Ministries, and volunteering at the Fort Wayne Rescue Mission. He also enjoys water sports, motocross with his family, outdoor activities with his kids, and the occasional weekend in Chicago with his wife.
