Dave coordinates and directs the estimating, scheduling and purchasing functions to ensure that established project objectives are attained for each project. He also assists in the development, updating, and implementation of the company’s operating procedures so that operations remain consistent throughout the organization. In Dave’s role as the Director of Preconstruction, he works to establish conceptual and schematic estimates that allow our clients that ability to plan for their current and future needs. In this position, he is able to combine his 20+ years as a Project Manager with his last 10 years in leading our Precon360 program, to offer our clients early insight on logistics, operations, constructability and project cost. Dave provides a supportive role to the project team during both preconstruction and construction to help assure project objectives are being met.

As a member of the company’s Executive and Management Team, he provides direction in strategic planning and overall management of the company. Dave continues to promote Weigand Construction through community involvement and participates in the development and execution of both informal and formal presentations.
