Bio

Aaron joined Weigand Construction with a B.S. in Building Construction Management in 2003, and has managed a diverse array of projects in both the public and private sector through design-build, negotiated/GMP, and hard-bid delivery methods. Notable projects include Fort Wayne Newspaper's New Printing Facility, Elkhart County Minimum/Medium Detention Facility, and the New Huntington YMCA. Aaron manages the Healthcare/Wellness Division with successful involvement with several projects including the role of Senior Project Manager at the Parkview Regional Medical Center Project in Fort Wayne, IN.

When he is not managing projects, Aaron enjoys spending time with his wife and two children as well as enjoying the outdoors and hunting.
